  1. 60M2, 38, 31 AND 1 1/2 YEARS

    Series of 14 C-Prints, 40x30cm, 2012

„60m2, 38, 31 and 1 1/2 years“ deals with the presentation of living spaces in relation to the experience of living itself. In contrast to professional architecture photography, which presents the built space as almost perfect, the aim of the project is to show the actual use of the space and the living therein. The project documents the life of a family (38, 31 and 1 1/2 years old) in its apartment, using a pinhole camera, with an exposure time of one hour. In the photos you can see the changes happening inside of the rooms. Depending on the movement of people or things, you can see them clearly and you can see them disappearing.

It is the attempt to bring architectural photos - especially perspectives on indoors - to life.
